Welcome to Rosaluxemburgblog,

The aim is to publicise and share articles, reviews and resources relating to Luxemburg’s life, ideas and legacy. The hope is to build a base for researchers (or anyone) interested in Rosa Luxemburg- and to help spread information about her as it becomes available.

Thanks so much for keeping up this fascinating blog. It is truly a gem for amateur historians such as myself trying to research a forgotten era. Your efforts are most appreciated.

Loving your work here! Rosa’s a total role model (though I’m hoping to avoid the being shot bit, if I’m honest) and I was delighted to discover this beautifully organised resource. More power to you.

I have just discovered Rosa Luxemburg – and your blog – as a result of a PhD seminar I am in in Nova Scotia, Canada. With neoliberalism, 2008, Occupy, and more, we should all become familiar with her work. She was ahead of her time. Thank you for doing this!

Hello there! Jack from Berlin here 🙂 Just wanna say thanks for keep Miss Luxemburg alive. I went to the central Friedhof Friedrichsfelde yesterday and took a look at everything from the by nazis torn old socialist monument where Rosa and Karl war buried, to the DDR-denkmal in front of the graveyeards entrance. Fantastic! I have a question though. In your article about the yearly demo/march in Berlin to commemorate those two, you published a photo of Luxemburg/Liebknecht-gravestones, but I can not find them IRL … Please tell me more where to find them. The staff att the graveyard looked at the picture from this blog and said there is not such place there. And at the big Denkmal there were other stones for Karl and Rosa … 🙂
